I have been drawing, painting and making art since I was a little girl.  I grew up in a small cabin near a beautiful bay on the west coast of British Columbia, Vancouver Island.  My childhood by the sea gave me lots of time and opportunity to observe the beauty and wonder of nature.  My paintings are a tribute to the fleeting and fragile beauty of flowers birds and animals, land and sea.   "When you take a flower in your hand and really look at it, it's your world for the moment." quote by Georgia O'Keffe.  I have a Fine Arts Degree from U.B.C and have shown in galleries across Canada and the U.S.A.  I have recently relocated to beautiful Chemainus BC. Canada where I continue to paint.
